Mission One: Clearing Mental and Emotional Clutter

Description: The mission is to take action on one thing that has been consistently neglected or postponed, resulting in mental and emotional clutter. 

Examples of Actions to Take:

  • Decluttering Physical Space: This could involve organizing a messy closet cleaning out a room or cluttered garage or tidying up a cluttered desk. By creating a clean and organized physical environment, you can experience mental and emotional clarity.
  • Addressing Unresolved Relationships: This could involve reaching out to a family member, friend or colleague to address lingering issues, apologize if necessary, or seek closure.
  • Pursuing a Long-Neglected Passion: You could dedicate time and energy to a hobby or interest that you have been neglecting. This could involve signing up for a class, joining a club or community group, or simply setting aside regular time to engage in the activity.
  • Prioritizing Self-Care: This could include going to do a workout before tomorrows call, meditating, or seeking support on something you've been struggling with.
  • Finishing Uncompleted Tasks: This could involve completing a half-read book, replying to that email or message you haven't replied to, finishing a creative project, or organizing personal documents or finances.

By tying up loose ends and completing lingering tasks, you can experience a sense of accomplishment and eliminate the mental clutter associated with unfinished business.
