Retreat Cancellation Policy

At our retreats, we value your commitment to joining our program. We want to ensure that you understand our policies before making a reservation.

By booking a Retreat with Matt Cama & Kelley Bode, you are agreeing to our terms and conditions.

DEFINITIONS

Cancellation is defined as the act of not attending your scheduled Matt Cama & Kelley Bode Retreat, including rescheduling or postponing due to unforeseen circumstances such as travel restrictions or an act of God.

“You” refers to the guest booking a Retreat with Matt Cama & Kelley Bode.

“We” refers to Matt Cama & Kelley Bode.

Retreat refers to “The Retreat with Matt Cama & Kelley Bode”

TRAVEL AND CANCELLATION INSURANCE

It is a requirement for all guests to have valid travel health insurance. We need proof of your valid travel/health insurance before joining the retreat.

Please ensure that your insurance policy covers all relevant activities you will be engaging in on your retreat, including trip cancellation.

Travel cancellation insurance will pay for some or all cancellation fees, depending on the policy and conditions.

Insurance must be purchased within 14 days of making your reservation.

As unexpected circumstances may occur, we strongly recommend purchasing travel cancellation insurance once you have booked your retreat with Matt Cama & Kelley Bode.

RETREAT REQUIREMENTS

To join the retreat, you must meet Bali's entry requirements at the time of travel, have an active and valid travel insurance, a valid passport, and be fit mentally and physically to travel abroad.

You must be 18 years of age or older.

GUEST CANCELLATION POLICY

At our Retreats, we offer a 7-day grace period where you can receive a full refund without questions. Refunds may take up to 30 days to process.

After the grace period, we do not offer refunds for any reason. Please be sure you are ready to commit before booking your retreat.

If you cancel more than 90 days before your retreat start date, you may apply 100% of your payment as credit towards another Retreat within one year of the retreat date. Retreat prices may increase over time, so if you apply your payment as credit towards another Retreat, you will settle the balance to meet the retreat cost at the time you are attending.

Cancellations within 90 days of the retreat date will result in forfeiture of the retreat payments made up to that point.

We cannot make exceptions to our policy for any reason.

We do not offer credit or refunds for a guest arriving late or leaving early for any reason.

COVID REGULATIONS

You are responsible for keeping up-to-date with Bali's latest COVID regulations.

After the grace period, we cannot offer credit or refunds to guests that cannot enter Bali due to non-compliance with the local COVID regulations, such as not having the required vaccination status.

RETREAT CANCELLATION POLICY

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may occur, and we never want to cancel a retreat.

However, in the event that we need to cancel a retreat for any reason, your full retreat payment will be transferred to the next possible retreat.

No refunds or resales are possible, and a full credit of what you have paid will be applied for any next Retreat with Matt Cama & Kelley Bode.
