MY "MYSTERY INGREDIENT"
The mystery ingredient to creating results for myself was when I started to focus on my mindset.
A lot of health professionals just give advice on training and nutrition and forget about the most important ingredient to creating change...

I've lost just over 9kg (19.8 pounds) in a space of 15 weeks and I'm living proof that when you change your internal world, your external world changes with it.
I DON'T SAY THIS TO BRAG...
If you don't know my story, I was bullied in my first year of high school for being chubby.
I had low self confidence, I hated what I saw in the mirror and I couldn't even run for 2 minutes without feeling like my heart was about to explode.
MY BIG STRUGGLE
Even though I transformed my body, became a personal trainer and starting helping others get healthy as well, I came across a challenge...
I still didn't feel happy with my body.
As much body fat that kept stripping away, I wasn't happy with what I was looking at in the mirror.
The reason is because even though I changed my body, my perception of my body didn't change.
I was still viewing myself as the 'chubby kid' in 7th grade even though I had a fit and athletic body.
That's when I shifted to start helping myself and others create a Total Body Transformation.
THE TURNING POINT
The turning point in my life is when I stopped training for looks and put my attention and focus on transforming how I thought and felt.
The natural result of focusing on my thoughts and feelings was a gigantic change in how I looked.
I thought to myself 'If this is working for me, it's definitely going to work for others'.
So I tested my theory...
I gave psychological strategies to create a strong mindset and combined it with a training and nutrition plan to personal clients and people who took my online programs.
